Daniel-Scott Recruitment is an established consultancy offering a personal and professional recruitment service across a range of sectors. While the business had built a strong reputation through direct client relationships, its existing online presence didn’t reflect the quality of service they delivered, and in some cases, created friction in allowing clients and candidates to properly engage with their process.
The team approached us to design and develop a new website that would give the business a modern digital platform to support its continued growth. With no reliable website in place and limited design assets available, our focus was on creating a clean, accessible site that worked for a wide range of candidates and made applying for roles easy.
The client’s existing logo served as the visual starting point for the project. From that, we established a broader brand look and feel, using colours from the logo to inform the palette and build a consistent identity across the site. While the brand direction was already defined, the overall design was bespoke and carefully considered to reflect the consultancy’s approachable, human-first nature.
The site was built in WordPress and utilises its accessible functionality to allow roles to be listed and managed by the internal team. Candidates can browse vacancies and submit their CVs through a simple, structured form that feeds directly into the consultancy’s process. We provided full training on how to use and update the platform, giving the client confidence and control over their content.
The result is a professional, mobile-responsive website that aligns with Danielle Scott Recruitment’s values and offers a smoother experience for both candidates and clients. It brings clarity and credibility to the business online and lays a strong foundation for their continued phases of growth.
