The team already had a logo, which became the visual anchor for the rest of the site. We expanded on their brand by developing a clean, professional colour palette around it and applied this throughout a fully bespoke website design. Our focus was on simplicity, accessibility, and tone — ensuring the site felt welcoming and professional, but never corporate or cold.
Because candidates would be interacting with the site on various devices and at different career stages, the user experience was carefully considered to best fit the skillsets of the people that would need to use the service. Whether browsing listings or submitting a CV, the journey is clear, structured and responsive from end to end.
Built on WordPress with Job Listings Built-in
We built the website in WordPress and with the functionality to allow Daniel-Scott Recruitment to post and manage vacancies internally. Candidates can easily find open roles and apply directly through the site, with forms designed to be simple and mobile-friendly.
To support the team post-launch, we provided full training on how to manage listings, update content, and keep everything running smoothly.
